Stress Analysis of Pressure Vessels through Finite Element Analysis using ANSYS
Client: Mable Engineering, Chennai INDIA

Four Pressure vessels and tanks are supplied by ANDRITZ to the Paper and pulp industry located in a seismic active zone in Indonesia. The scope of the FEA was to evaluate the structural integrity of the four Pressure vessels and Tanks subjected to seismic and wind load conditions as per SIN 1726-2012 Indonesian standard and ASCE 7-10.

Structural Analysis on offshore structures and design qualification as per DNVGL ST E237
Client: Worldwide Oilfield Machine, Texas USA
Structure Analysis on Frames of Lower riser package (LRP) using Finite Element Analysis. The FEA analysis was performed using ANSYS and design verification was performed in compliance with DNVGL ST E273. Weld strength was evaluated as per Eurocode 3.

Finite Element Analysis on High Pressure and High-Temperature Valve Block assembly as per ASME VIII Div 3
Client: Worldwide Oilfield Machine, Texas USA
The load capacity of Bonnet assembly was determined as per ASME VIII D3. Global criteria, Local criteria, Service criteria, Bonnet separation, Tension to fail, Bending to fail, and seal evaluation were carried out using nonlinear FEA.
