Finite Element Analysis (FEA)

We are experts in using FEA tools like ANSYS to predict structural failure (or) compliance to industrial standards at the early design phase. This will reduce the lead time, cost, and effort in the design process, manufacturing, and physical testing. We have years of domain experience in validating components related to oil and Gas, Pressure vessels, Tanks, Industrial Pumps, Skids and Trusses, Frames, HPHT Equipments and heavy machinery as per industrial codes such as ASME, API, DNV, ISO, NORSOK, BS, and Eurocodes, etc.
Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD)
Our engineering team expertizes in using advanced CFD tools to solve problems related to fluid flow, thermal, and FSI. We have profound years of experience working on thermal and flow simulations of oil and gas components such as valves, chokes, and Christmas trees to predict complex behaviors like cool-down time, etc. One of our most recent works is to predict the thermocline layer of a thermal storage tank and optimization of diffuser for better efficiency.
Design and
Drafting
We have a team of highly experienced product engineers and design engineers who can come up with solutions effectively and efficiently. the highly experienced design team is capable of improving legacy drawing, creating, manufacturing drawings, assembly drawings, BOM, and BOQ. most recently we worked with API energies to come up with a compact diffuser for the thermal storage tanks. the scope of work includes concept generation, FEA validation, design optimization, generating manufacturing drawings, and installation drawings.
